The Attorneys and staff of Cubbon & Associates Co., L.P.A. are

Cubbon & Associates Co., L.P.A. was founded in 1953 by Frank W. Cubbon, Jr.
and the late Bernard D. Rice. Initially named Cubbon & Rice, the firm was in
the general practice of law until 1968, when the original partners limited their
practice to plaintiff's personal injury law. Since 1968, the firm has only
accepted plaintiff's personal injury cases.
Our offices are conveniently located in downtown Toledo, one block from the
Lucas County Court of Common Pleas. Parking is directly across the street.
Elevator service to our suite makes for easy access.
We are available by telephone, fax, and e-mail. Our regular business hours
are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If other arrangements are
necessary, we do our best to accommodate your needs.
